Melissa has taken on 2 large projects and now is embarking on a total rebuild. I can not find the appropriate words to use to describe my decorating "adventure" with Melissa. She was professional! She was punctual! She was knowledgable! She was spot on with her recommendations - even when I asked, "Are you sure?"! I reached out to Melissa, at the last minute, for recommendations on a whole house exterior paint color scheme. We had 24 hours to come up with a plan because the painters were available "now." She was very accommodating with my timeline, and, the fact that I was 300 miles away in WV, did not deter her. Lots of pictures, some videos, and many questions later, I took her recommendations and LOVE the choices we made!
